a little about the person behind screenHi, I’m Claire.
I’m figuring this out, too.
Like you, I’ve been living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos my whole life. I just didn’t have a name for it until menopause (jarringly) turned up the volume.
As a former professional organizer, feng shui / interior design consultant, and healing arts practitioner, I’ve been a lifelong student of how our surroundings affect how we feel and function.
I have an obsessive eye for the tiny details that create friction — and for the ones that bring more beauty, comfort, and delight.
A Little More Ease™ grew out of putting that eye to work in my own life: noticing what costs me unnecessary spoons, experimenting with ways to make my space work better for my ‘special’ body. 🤪
I’m also obsessive about collecting and sharing what I’m learning — things I wish I’d known about sooner so I could have helped my own undiagnosed mother access a little more ease and joy in her life.
